Another gem in the Swan Valley, Olive Estate Tearooms. First visit, definitely won't be the last! Quaint and full of character, this tearoom has a fabulous menu, great cakes that they serve with REAL cream,(the little things that count!) ...pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing food, friendly staff, very helpful, great tearoom and cottage atmosphere. Great in winter and summer. Beautiful trees, gardens, and views. Cakes and scones divine! Also wedding functions, father's day and mother's day special events.

We hosted a baby shower for our sister at Olive Estate and were absolutely blown away! The venue is stunning, the atmosphere was perfect, and the staff were so welcoming. The food was amazing too. Everyone had a great time! Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back for a breakfast date.

This is a cutie tea room nestled in well kept gardens. A nice spot for scones, jam and a cup of tea or coffee. Reasonable parking entry to the Northern side of West Swan road with the exit point further down. This is one way drive.. just a note.

Gorgeous tearoom, quaint and picturesque. The scones are fluffy and delicious, the coffee was just how I like it (I don’t usually have two coffees but I ordered another!) and the team working there are very lovely people. I’d have a function here for sure
